Our client for this project was a property developer working in the higher end of the residential rental market. The brief was to totally strip out and refurbish an existing four storey modern town house close to Hyde Park.

The property looked tired and many of the interior fittings needed replacement. We worked with our client in preparing an appropriate level of specification for the interior fitting out and furnishing of the property for rental purposes. This included kitchen and bathroom renewals as well as complete interior decoration and furnishings. We worked with the John Lewis Partnership who provided curtains, blinds and upholstery items.
