Outline Design Stage

From the information gathered at the Inception and Feasibility stage, we will prepare a number of design options for you to consider. We will arrange further meetings with you to discuss our proposals and any amendments required by you.

Once you are happy with the overall initial design we will prepare a Cost Plan Analysis, this a budget breakdown for the project, to ensure that we are within the budget you have set for the project.

Should you wish to proceed further with the project, we will prepare and submit an application for Town & Country Planning Consent. Most projects will require some form of Planning Consent or Conservation Consent application to the Local Planning Authority. We will prepare all the necessary documentation and drawings required and submit the application on your behalf.
