Initial Consultation Meeting

The project usually starts by arranging an informal visit with you at the premises where the project is to be undertaken. At the meeting we listen to your thoughts, ideas and requirements for the project as well as putting forward our suggestions in relation to maximizing the architectural potential of the site or building.

At this stage it may be possible to give you an indicative budget cost for the proposed works. We will explain the feasibility of the project in terms of Planning and Building Regulation Legislation as well as Party Wall Matters, if applicable. We will also give you a brief overview of the project process and timescales associated with your project.

Once we have established the way in which you wish to proceed, we will then submit to you a detailed, fixed fee quotation to provide you with all the architectural services required to undertake the project.

Note: There is a fixed fee of £50 to cover the cost of the consultation meeting. This fee is refundable should you proceed to appoint us as your architect.
