Inception & Feasibility Stage

Should you decide to appoint us as your architect, on receiving the commission, we will arrange to carry out a measured and photographic survey of your property. This information is used by us to prepare a set of drawings showing the existing property in plan and elevation.

We will also arrange a further consultation meeting with you to discuss in more detail your specific requirements for the project. The areas covered include functional requirements, stylistic preferences, budget, priorities and timescales.

We will follow this meeting up by providing you with a written Client Brief, this document sets out the requirements for the project that have been discussed and agreed at the meeting.
